• CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT - for the total project from start to finish be it residential or commercial 
• CAD DESIGN - for your project with 3D virtual visualization and a full set of  working  architectural plans if need be. The creativity and design phase for a project can be either by a collaborative effort between K2 and the client or by using a clients existing plans, drawings or a "simple sketch on a napkin" that can be tweaked, whatever works best for them. K2  can save the client the very high costs of an Architect.
